Friday March 4th

1800 onwards

Registration

From 6pm onwards, registration will be open in the side room of the Kings Arms, for participants to collect tickets and information packs.

The Kings Arms has a late licence until 1am.

Saturday March 5th

1300-1400 (TBC)

Spectators or competitors are welcome to watch the kids competition, which happens during the main competition lunchbreak. However, space is limited!

1030-1130

Main Competition Warm-Up

Each competing team is invited to perform in a warm-up pub, where their dancing will not be judged.

1130-1630

Main Competition

Competition dances at five pubs in the city centre.

There will be a scheduled break around 1300, but teams are expected to find their own lunch.

1700-1830

Main meal

An evening meal will be provided for all booked competitors and spectators.

Meals will be provided in a number of different venues. Teams will be told on registration where their meal will be served.

1830-1930

Traditional competition

The traditional competition will be held in the Assembly Rooms of the Town Hall.

Teams competing in the traditional competition will eat in the venue closest to the Town Hall to prevent indigestion.

1930 til it's done

Evening Showcase

All teams are invited to dance at the evening showcase, which will end with the prizegiving.

The evening showcase will be held in the Town Hall, where the bar will be open until 2300.

Late

Afterwards...

The Royal Blenheim has a late licence until 0200.

Sunday 6th March

1030-1130

Winners' Workshop

The winners of the main competition will be invited to run a workshop. This will be held at Stansfeld, the indoor camping venue.
